Inorganic Coagulants

• Aluminum-based Coagulants: Includes aluminum sulfate (alum) and polyaluminum chloride (PAC). Effective in removing turbidity, organic matter, and phosphorus.
• Iron-based Coagulants: Includes ferric chloride and ferric sulfate. Often used for phosphorus removal and wastewater treatment with high organic loads.
